Straight pipe laying and pressure test requirements

When straight pipe is laid and laid, the pipe position and direction should be determined first according to the structure and process layout requirements of the building; under normal circumstances, the straight pipe should be laid in the ceiling, pipe raft, pipe well or embedded in the wall; When the flat is overlaid and the ground is poured into the layer, it is advisable to install a hard polyvinyl chloride bellows.

 

When the straight pipe passes through the slab roof, fixed support points shall be set at the crossing part, and strict waterproof measures shall be taken. Casing shall be provided when crossing the wall, beam and column. Normally, straight pipes should not pass through the settlement joints and expansion joints of buildings. When they have to pass through, anti-sedimentation and expansion measures should be set at the crossing points.

 

The straight pipe passes through the tank water tank, and the corrosion-resistant metal pipe should be used for the pipe between the inlet and outlet pipes to the valve. After the straight pipe is installed, the hydraulic pressure test shall be carried out. The test pressure is 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipeline system, but not less than 0.60 MPa. The pressure on the system should be gradually increased. After the pressure is raised to the specified pressure, the pressure is stabilized for 1 hour. Whether there is water leakage at the joint, the pressure drop is not more than 0.05MPa.
